Deter A. Maneater was genetically engineered by the Pleiadians twenty-three years ago to act as a security officer and to inflict fear upon the human population of the Southwestern Bellows. His early years were spent in a fish tank with his younger brother, Peter, a shy dolphin boy. After his legs formed, Deter left the fish tank and began performing his predestined role as a security officer, but what came as a surprise to the Pleiadian geneticists was Deter’s charmingly macabre sense of humor. Currently, Deter performs standup two nights a week and is seriously thinking about becoming a professional comedian.
